This tool is definitely a game-changer for me. My favorite and most used features include:

Getting an email and then setting it up to leave my inbox for the time-being and return at a designated time. This keeps my inbox clean and I can have them come back at a time that works well for me to deal with them in a group or based on priority.
Scheduling emails to send at a later date and time. If I want to get a jump start on the week or work on something during off-business hours, which is sometimes needed if I have other appointments/meetings to attend to during my regular work hours, I can take care of emails and schedule them to go out at the start of the next business day – or anytime I want for that matter. I can send out emails regarding next month’s email now…only scheduling them out to show up for my clients on the right date – another great example.
If I send an email out, I can set it up to remind me that I haven’t gotten a response by a specific date and time, allowing me to not worry about time-sensitive things I may be waiting for.
