Brain Dump

Morning Pages Julia Cameron, author of The Artist’s Way, promotes the concept of writing Morning Pages. If you’re not familiar with the concept of Morning Pages; the idea is to write whatever comes to mind for 30 minutes, first thing in the morning. What you write is tucked away and not reviewed for several weeks, at which time you can take a look back and see if there are patterns…things that are consuming your energy…things that need to be resolved, etc.

You may be asking how you can find time to do this if you are having a hard time finding time to blog or feeling overly blocked. If you are having difficulty now, it’s time to do something to get those creative juices flowing. This might just be the answer…dump all that’s cluttering your brain and embrace your creative side.
