Emotional Branding by Marc Gobe is one of my favorite books about the importance of really connecting with your clients emotionally.  This best selling book shares information about how people differ, why you can’t ignore specific groups of consumers (like woman), how to build relationships, creating an experience your client can experience with all of their senses, as well as the importance of innovation and having a vision..

The book includes real examples of brands that have done a great job of growing through emotional branding, one example is the re-branding of Godiva.  I really enjoy the real examples as it helps me to understand the concepts shared.

If you are looking for ideas on how to truly connect with your clients, this is a must read.
