If you aren’t sure whether your business/domain emails are fed into Gmail or how they are fed in, you’ll want to log into your account and check.  The video will show you where to go to look and the screenshot will show you the details of what you need to look for.

Once you are inside the account, you’ll see something similar to the screenshot below.  There are arrows to show where you’ll find the information I need as well as specifically what information I need.

Gmail Settings Needed

Hey, it’s Michele with “Bergh Consulting” and in this video, I’m going to show you “How to check and see how your domain or business email might be connected to your Gmail account”.

So you’re going to want to log into your Gmail account and then click on the “Settings” button. If you have a view that looks something like this, you’re going to need to go ahead and click on “See all” settings. And once that loads, you’re going to come over here to the “Accounts and Import” tab.

So there’s a couple things you’re going to want to look for in here. You’re going to want to look for “Checking mail from other accounts:”, “Send mail as:” and see if there are other accounts listed in these spaces that is where you will see any email that you have set up a feed for, that is hosted elsewhere but being fed into your Gmail account. So that you can access them all in one place. So once you have checked this, you’re going to want to make a note of the emails that are here under “Send mail as:” and the emails that are here “Check mail from other accounts:”.

And that’s how you’ll know that you have other emails fed in here to your Gmail account.
