Productivity Challenge Week Four

It’s the last week of the challenge! How are you doing? The great thing about this challenge is that you can do it any time AND you can do it more than once. If you find yourself struggling with your productivity at any point, come back here and select one thing to add to your life to make a difference. You never know how big that difference might be. Here’s this week’s suggestions….

  • Move around
  • Take back control of your schedule – say no if you need/want to say no
  • Take a social media break – you decide for how long
  • Practice presence and meditation
  • Reduce time-drain from miscommunication
  • List your “crucial results” for the day
  • Is that meeting really necessary?
