We're in this together and we're here to take care of your website needs. You'll find options for support on this page that may help you faster than submitting a ticket for support. If you are unable to find what you need, please submit a ticket and someone will be in touch soon.

  • This should include steps for us to replicate the issue if there is a problem and links to the issue if applicable.
  • If you have a screenshot of the issue, please upload it here.
    Accepted file types: jpg, png, Max. file size: 256 MB.
  • Please remember requests for tasks requiring work after hours or with less than 2 business days for turnaround, are billed at time and a half.

Emergency Support

Pressing issues needing WordPress support such as your site being down or problems with email should always be submitted via a support ticket.

Site Down?

If your site is down, here is one way to test to see if it is something on your end or if the site is actually down. While it isn't 100% reliable, it's a great place to start.

Site Down on Your End Only?

If the site is only down on your end, this is not something I can help you with.  It is most likely an internet provider issue, browser issue, or computer issue.
