Other Support Options
Pressing issues needing WordPress support such as your site being down or problems with email should always be submitted via a support ticket.
If your site is down, here are a couple of ways to test to see if it is something on your end or if the site is actually down. While they are not 100% reliable, they are a great place to start.
Site Down on Your End Only?
If the site is only down on your end, this is not something I can help you with. It is most likely an internet provider issue, browser issue, or computer issue.
